Bristol's Virtual Assistant, In Person or Remote

I'm Letty, founder of The Bristol VA. Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I spent years at the heart of other people's businesses, keeping things moving and solving problems before anyone else even spotted them. I've also run one of my own, so I know what it's like to juggle competing priorities, wear every hat, and feel like there are never enough hours in the day.

These days, I help Bristol business owners let go of the parts of their week that are quietly wearing them down. Working alongside you or supporting you from a distance, you get someone who understands how you work, not just your inbox.

Practical Support That Lightens Your Workload

You know the feeling, one more email you'll "get to later," a diary that's slightly out of your control, a to-do list that never quite empties. It builds quietly until it's everywhere. I step in before it gets that far, or help you dig back out if it already has.

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

No two businesses run the same way, so I don't arrive with a fixed package and expect you to fit it. A few hours here and there, or someone properly embedded in how things run day to day, I shape the support around you.

Ready to reclaim your time and focus on what you do best?

Support for Bristol Business Owners, Whatever You Do.

I work with all kinds of business owners across Bristol, if you're juggling more than you'd like and could use a proper pair of hands, that's exactly who this is for.

Whether it's untangling messy systems or just keeping on top of the everyday stuff, I help you regain time you didn't think you had, without it costing you the personal, hands-on way of working you actually want.

Everything From the Small Stuff to the Big Picture

Inbox chaos, diary juggling, client admin, finance, CRM, whatever's eating your time, there's a good chance I can take it off your hands.

A Peek Behind the Scenes...

What My Clients Say

"Generating leads used to just mean picking up the phone, but things have changed so much this year and I'd really struggled. Since Letty set up our email sequences, I've had three meetings booked, more than I've had in ages."

Kate

"6,000 emails down to 60. I can finally breathe again."

Norma

"That little spreadsheet of Letty's has already brought in four new clients, the conference has basically paid for itself. She's always full of great ideas."

Not Sure What You Need Yet? That's Exactly Why I'm Here

Every business is different, so support isn't one-size-fits-all.

A few hours a month or something more hands-on, I'll help you land on what actually fits, no guessing required.

How to Work with Me

The Bristol VA's Letty working on-site with a client in Bristol

01. Get in Touch

Head to my Packages page and answer a few quick questions about your business, it takes a couple of minutes and helps me understand exactly where you need support. I read every single one myself and usually reply within 48 hours, either with next steps or a couple of quick questions if I need a bit more detail first.

02. A Proper Conversation

If it feels like a good fit, I'll invite you to a free discovery call, or if you'd prefer, we can meet for a cuppa. We'll talk through your business, what you'd like to hand over, and what's currently causing the most friction. By the end, we'll have worked out together which package or level of support actually makes sense, with no guessing required.

03. Making It Official

You'll get a personalised proposal covering everything we discussed, your recommended package, pricing, and what's included, along with a straightforward service agreement covering how we'll work together, payment terms, and your start date.

04. Getting Started

Once everything's signed, we get you properly set up: a short onboarding questionnaire so I really understand your business, secure access to your systems, and an agreed way of communicating, whether that's email, Teams, Slack, or whatever works for you. From first enquiry to actually starting, it's usually around one to two weeks, sooner if things are urgent.
